AN ACT relating to solid waste management service companies. 1
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky: 2
ď˘SECTION 1. A NEW SECTION OF KRS CHAPTER 109 IS CREATED TO 3
READ AS FOLLOWS: 4
(1) As used in this section, "confidential business information" means information 5
regarding a commercial or residential customer service price or commercial or 6
residential list. 7
(2) Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, unless by order of a court 8
of competent jurisdiction, a county or waste management district, or its agents, 9
officials, or employees, shall not compel the production or submission of 10
confidential business information from a service company or its customers to any 11
county or waste management district. 12
