Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky: 2
ď˘Section 1. KRS 216.350 is amended to read as follows: 3
The administrator shall be the chief administrative officer of a hospital district. He or she 4
shall be responsible to the board for the efficient administration of all affairs of the 5
hospital district and he or she shall have power, and it shall be his or her duty to carry 6
out the orders of the board, and to conduct the affairs of the district according to law. 7
