AN ACT relating to state sovereignty. 1
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky: 2
ď˘SECTION 1. A NEW SECTION OF KRS CHAPTER 61 IS CREATED TO 3
READ AS FOLLOWS: 4
The World Health Organization, United Nations, World Economic Forum, or any 5
other international organization of which the United States is a member shall have no 6
jurisdiction or power within the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Any rule, regulation, fee, 7
tax, or mandate of any kind issued by any international organization shall not be 8
enforced or implemented by the Commonwealth of Kentucky, or any agency, 9
department, board, commission, political subdivision, governmental entity, 10
municipality, or any other political entity of the Commonwealth. 11
