UNOFFICIAL COPY 24 RS BR 2147 Page 1 of 2 XXXX 2/22/2024 10:00 AM Jacketed A RESOLUTION adjourning the Senate in honor and loving memory of Robert 1 Regan "Bob" Moss. 2 WHEREAS, Robert Regan "Bob" Moss was born in Gradyville, Kentucky, on 3 October 28, 1946, to the late Eugene and Betty Barnett Moss; and 4 WHEREAS, Bob Moss served his country faithfully and honorably in the Vietnam 5 War as a soldier in the United States Army; and 6 WHEREAS, Bob Moss provided additional service to his community as the 7 caretaker of the Union Cemetery in Columbia, Kentucky; and 8 WHEREAS, Bob Moss was strong in his faith in Christ and was a valued member 9 of 3trees Church; and 10 WHEREAS, Bob Moss was a man of many hobbies who enjoyed fishing as well as 11 collecting arrowheads, stamps, coins, antiques, and hot rod cars; and 12 WHEREAS, Bob Moss was devoted to his family and friends, and his great love in 13 life was spending time in community with them; and 14 WHEREAS, on February 11, 2024, Bob Moss traversed these earthly bounds and 15 was welcomed into the loving arms of his Lord and Savior; and 16 WHEREAS, Bob Moss is survived by his beloved family, including his wife, Reta 17 Moss; children, Carla (T) Kemp and Ryan (Trista) Moss; grandchildren, Cora Ryan, Lilly 18 Eleanor, and Jake Oliver Moss; cousins David (Leisa) and Ben Hutchinson; and many 19 other family and friends who cherish and honor his memory; 20 NOW, THEREFORE, 21 Be it resolved by the Senate of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of 22 Kentucky: 23 Section 1. The members of the Senate hereby express their most profound 24 sympathy upon the passing of Robert Regan "Bob" Moss. 25 Section 2.
