A RESOLUTION confirming the appointment of Linda McClain to the Board of 1
Physicians and Advisors. 2
WHEREAS, on October 20, 2023, in accordance with KRS 218B.020, the 3
Kentucky Board of Medical Licensure appointed Linda McClain to the Board of 4
Physicians and Advisors; and 5
WHEREAS, the appointment is subject to Senate confirmation; and 6
WHEREAS, Linda McClain is a duly licensed physician in the Commonwealth of 7
Kentucky who is certified in addiction medicine and obstetrics and gynecology; 8
NOW, THEREFORE, 9
Be it resolved by the Senate of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of 10
Kentucky: 11
Section 1. The Senate hereby confirms the appointment of Linda McClain to 12
the Board of Physicians and Advisors. 13
Section 2. The Clerk of the Senate shall forward a copy of this Resolution and 14
notification of its adoption to Linda McClain of Louisville, Jefferson County, Kentucky; 15
Governor Andy Beshear, State Capitol, Room 100, Frankfort, Kentucky 40601; and 16
Michael Rodman, Executive Director of the Kentucky Board of Medical Licensure, 310 17
Whittington Parkway, Suite 1B, Louisville, Kentucky 40222. 18
