A RESOLUTION confirming the reappointment of William David Donan to the 1
Mine Safety Review Commission. 2
WHEREAS, on May 30, 2023, in accordance with KRS 351.1041 and by virtue of 3
Executive Order 2023-256, Governor Andy Beshear reappointed William David Donan 4
to the Mine Safety Review Commission for a term expiring May 23, 2027; and 5
WHEREAS, the reappointment is subject to Senate confirmation; and 6
WHEREAS, William David Donan has been determined to meet the requirements 7
of KRS 351.1041; 8
NOW, THEREFORE, 9
Be it resolved by the Senate of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of 10
Kentucky: 11
Section 1. The Senate hereby confirms the reappointment of William David 12
Donan to the Mine Safety Review Commission. 13
Section 2. The Clerk of the Senate shall send a copy of this Resolution and 14
notification of its adoption to William David Donan of Louisville, Jefferson County, 15
Kentucky, and to Governor Andy Beshear, State Capitol, Room 100, Frankfort, Kentucky 16
