A RESOLUTION confirming the appointment of Walter Robertson to the Fish and 1
Wildlife Resources Commission. 2
WHEREAS, on January 9, 2024, in accordance with KRS 150.022 and by virtue of 3
Executive Order 2024-024, Governor Andy Beshear appointed Walter Robertson to the 4
Fish and Wildlife Resources Commission to replace Karl Clinard for a term expiring 5
December 31, 2027; and 6
WHEREAS, the appointment is subject to Senate confirmation; and 7
WHEREAS, Walter Robertson has been determined to meet the requirements of 8
KRS 150.022, representing the Ninth Commission District; 9
NOW, THEREFORE, 10
Be it resolved by the Senate of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of 11
Kentucky: 12
Section 1. The Senate hereby confirms the appointment of Walter Robertson to 13
the Fish and Wildlife Resources Commission. 14
Section 2. The Clerk of the Senate shall forward a copy of this Resolution and 15
notification of its adoption to Walter Robertson of Russell Springs, Russell County, 16
Kentucky, and to Governor Andy Beshear, State Capitol, Suite 100, Frankfort, Kentucky 17
