AN ACT relating to physicians. 1
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky: 2
ď˘Section 1. KRS 311.586 is amended to read as follows: 3
(1) Every physician who is practicing medicine or osteopathy in this state shall report 4
to the board the address or addresses at which he or she maintains an office, and 5
every new licensee shall make the same report within ninety (90) days after 6
commencing the practice of medicine or osteopathy in this state. 7
(2) Every physician who, after notifying the board of his or her official address or 8
addresses, moves his or her office to a new address shall immediately notify the 9
board of the change. 10
