A RESOLUTION confirming the reappointment of Jacqueline Jaretta Grisby 1
Burnside to the Standards and Assessments Process Review Committee. 2
WHEREAS, on October 9, 2024, in accordance with KRS 158.6453 and by virtue 3
of Executive Order 2024-674, Governor Andy Beshear reappointed Jacqueline Jaretta 4
Grisby Burnside to the Standards and Assessments Process Review Committee for a term 5
expiring May 27, 2028; and 6
WHEREAS, the reappointment is subject to Senate confirmation; and 7
WHEREAS, Jacqueline Jaretta Grisby Burnside has been determined to meet the 8
requirements of KRS 158.6453, representing school board members; 9
NOW, THEREFORE, 10
Be it resolved by the Senate of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of 11
Kentucky: 12
Section 1. The Senate hereby confirms the reappointment of Jacqueline Jaretta 13
Grisby Burnside to the Standards and Assessments Process Review Committee. 14
Section 2. The Clerk of the Senate shall forward a copy of this Resolution and 15
notification of its adoption to Jacqueline Jaretta Grisby Burnside of Berea, Madison 16
County, Kentucky, and to Governor Andy Beshear, State Capitol, Room 100, Frankfort, 17
Kentucky 40601. 18
