A RESOLUTION confirming the appointment of Nathaniel Adams to the Energy 1
Planning and Inventory Commission. 2
WHEREAS, on November 20, 2024, in accordance with KRS 164.2807 and by 3
virtue of Executive Order 2024-775, Governor Andy Beshear appointed Nathaniel 4
Adams to the Energy Planning and Inventory Commission; and 5
WHEREAS, the appointment is subject to Senate confirmation; and 6
WHEREAS, Nathaniel Adams has been determined to meet the requirements of 7
KRS 164.2807, representing commercial and industrial consumers of electrical power; 8
NOW, THEREFORE, 9
Be it resolved by the Senate of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of 10
Kentucky: 11
Section 1. The Senate hereby confirms the appointment of Nathaniel Adams to 12
the Energy Planning and Inventory Commission for a term expiring July 1, 2026, in 13
accordance with 2024 Ky. Acts ch. 172 sec. 5. 14
Section 2. The Clerk of the Senate shall forward a copy of this Resolution and 15
notification of its adoption to Nathaniel Adams of Milton, Trimble County, Kentucky, 16
and to Governor Andy Beshear, State Capitol, Room 100, Frankfort, Kentucky 40601. 17
