A RESOLUTION confirming the reappointment of Corinne Marie Murphy to the 1
Education Professional Standards Board. 2
WHEREAS, on July 11, 2024, in accordance with KRS 161.028 and by virtue of 3
Executive Order 2024-472, Governor Andy Beshear reappointed Corinne Marie Murphy 4
to the Education Professional Standards Board for a term expiring June 29, 2027; and 5
WHEREAS, the reappointment is subject to Senate confirmation; and 6
WHEREAS, Corinne Marie Murphy has been determined to meet the requirements 7
of KRS 161.028, representing postsecondary institutions; 8
NOW, THEREFORE, 9
Be it resolved by the Senate of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of 10
Kentucky: 11
Section 1. The Senate hereby confirms the reappointment of Corinne Marie 12
Murphy to the Education Professional Standards Board. 13
Section 2. The Clerk of the Senate shall forward a copy of this Resolution and 14
notification of its adoption to Corinne Marie Murphy of Bowling Green, Warren County, 15
Kentucky, and to Governor Andy Beshear, State Capitol, Room 100, Frankfort, Kentucky 16
