A RESOLUTION confirming the appointment of Lisa Haydon to the Personnel 1
Board. 2
WHEREAS, on May 15, 2024, in accordance with KRS 18A.050 and by virtue of 3
Executive Order 2024-336, Governor Andy Beshear appointed Lisa Haydon to the 4
Personnel Board to replace Marc Farris for a term expiring January 1, 2028; and 5
WHEREAS, the appointment is subject to Senate confirmation; and 6
WHEREAS, Lisa Haydon has been determined to meet the requirements of KRS 7
18A.050; 8
NOW, THEREFORE, 9
Be it resolved by the Senate of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of 10
Kentucky: 11
Section 1. The Senate hereby confirms the appointment of Lisa Haydon to the 12
Personnel Board. 13
Section 2. The Clerk of the Senate shall forward a copy of this Resolution and 14
notification of its adoption to Lisa Haydon of Springfield, Washington County, 15
Kentucky, and to Governor Andy Beshear, State Capitol, Room 100, Frankfort, Kentucky 16
