A RESOLUTION confirming the appointment of Krissie Coe Fields to the Parole 1
Board. 2
WHEREAS, on May 20, 2024, in accordance with KRS 439.320, and by virtue of 3
Executive Order 2024-342, Governor Andy Beshear appointed Krissie Coe Fields of 4
Glasgow, Kentucky, to the Parole Board to replace Sharon Hardesty for a term expiring 5
June 30, 2028; and 6
WHEREAS, the appointment is subject to Senate confirmation; and 7
WHEREAS, Krissie Coe Fields has been determined to meet the requirements of 8
KRS 439.320; 9
NOW, THEREFORE, 10
Be it resolved by the Senate of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of 11
Kentucky: 12
Section 1. The Senate hereby confirms the appointment of Krissie Coe Fields to 13
the Parole Board. 14
Section 2. The Clerk of the Senate shall forward a copy of this Resolution and 15
notice of its adoption to Krissie Coe Fields, of Glasgow, Barren County, Kentucky, and 16
to Governor Andy Beshear, State Capitol, Room 100, Frankfort, Kentucky 40601. 17
