A RESOLUTION confirming the appointment of Heather Graham to the Kentucky 1
Agricultural Development Board. 2
WHEREAS, on November 8, 2024, in accordance with KRS 248.707 and by virtue 3
of Executive Order 2024-008, Commissioner Jonathan Shell appointed Heather Graham 4
to the Kentucky Agricultural Development Board to serve the remainder of the unexpired 5
term of Michael O. Peterson, for a term expiring July 6, 2025; and 6
WHEREAS, the appointment is subject to Senate confirmation; and 7
WHEREAS, Heather Graham has been determined to meet the requirements of 8
KRS 248.707, representing active farmers; 9
NOW, THEREFORE, 10
Be it resolved by the Senate of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of 11
Kentucky: 12
Section 1. The Senate hereby confirms the appointment of Heather Graham to 13
the Kentucky Agricultural Development Board. 14
Section 2. The Clerk of the Senate shall forward a copy of this Resolution and 15
notification of its adoption to Heather Graham of Campton, Wolfe County, Kentucky, 16
and to Commissioner Jonathan Shell, Corporate Drive Complex, Frankfort, Kentucky 17
