A RESOLUTION confirming the reappointment of Phillip Ryan Prokes to the 1
Standards and Assessments Process Review Committee. 2
WHEREAS, on October 9, 2024, in accordance with KRS 158.6453 and by virtue 3
of Executive Order 2024-674, Governor Andy Beshear reappointed Phillip Ryan Prokes 4
to the Standards and Assessments Process Review Committee for a term expiring May 5
27, 2028; and 6
WHEREAS, the reappointment is subject to Senate confirmation; and 7
WHEREAS, Phillip Ryan Prokes has been determined to meet the requirements of 8
KRS 158.6453, representing math teachers; 9
NOW, THEREFORE, 10
Be it resolved by the Senate of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of 11
Kentucky: 12
Section 1. The Senate hereby confirms the reappointment of Phillip Ryan 13
Prokes to the Standards and Assessments Process Review Committee. 14
Section 2. The Clerk of the Senate shall forward a copy of this Resolution and 15
notification of its adoption to Phillip Ryan Prokes of Georgetown, Scott County, 16
Kentucky, and to Governor Andy Beshear, State Capitol, Room 100, Frankfort, Kentucky 17
