A RESOLUTION confirming the appointment of Robb W. Adams to the Kentucky 1
Housing Corporation Board of Directors. 2
WHEREAS, on December 13, 2024, in accordance with KRS 198A.030 and by 3
virtue of Executive Order 2024-834, Governor Andy Beshear appointed Robb W. Adams 4
to the Kentucky Housing Corporation Board of Directors for a term expiring December 5
11, 2028; and 6
WHEREAS, the appointment is subject to Senate confirmation; and 7
WHEREAS, Robb W. Adams has been determined to meet the requirements of 8
KRS 198A.030, representing the interests of local government; 9
NOW, THEREFORE, 10
Be it resolved by the Senate of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of 11
Kentucky: 12
Section 1. The Senate hereby confirms the appointment of Robb W. Adams to 13
the Kentucky Housing Corporation Board of Directors. 14
Section 2. The Clerk of the Senate shall forward a copy of this Resolution and 15
notification of its adoption to Robb W. Adams of Carrollton, Carroll County, Kentucky, 16
and to Governor Andy Beshear, State Capitol, Room 100, Frankfort, Kentucky 40601. 17
