A RESOLUTION confirming the appointment of Matthew Partymiller to the 1
Energy Planning and Inventory Commission. 2
WHEREAS, on February 5, 2025, in accordance with KRS 164.2807 and by virtue 3
of Executive Order 2025-058, Governor Andy Beshear appointed Matthew Partymiller to 4
the Energy Planning and Inventory Commission; and 5
WHEREAS, the appointment is subject to Senate confirmation; and 6
WHEREAS, Matthew Partymiller has been determined to meet the requirements of 7
KRS 164.2807, representing producers of renewable electricity; 8
NOW, THEREFORE, 9
Be it resolved by the Senate of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of 10
Kentucky: 11
Section 1. The Senate hereby confirms the appointment of Matthew Partymiller 12
to the Energy Planning and Inventory Commission for a term expiring July 1, 2026, in 13
accordance with 2024 Ky. Acts ch. 172, sec. 5. 14
Section 2. The Clerk of the Senate shall forward a copy of this Resolution and 15
notification of its adoption to Matthew Partymiller of Lexington, Fayette County, 16
Kentucky, and to Governor Andy Beshear, State Capitol, Room 100, Frankfort, Kentucky 17
