A RESOLUTION confirming the reappointment of Peter Naake as an 1
administrative law judge in the Department of Workers' Claims. 2
WHEREAS, on June 4, 2024, in accordance with KRS 342.230 and by virtue of 3
Executive Order 2024-394, Governor Andy Beshear reappointed Peter Naake as an 4
administrative law judge in the Department of Workers' Claims for a term expiring July 5
14, 2028; and 6
WHEREAS, the reappointment is subject to Senate confirmation; and 7
WHEREAS, Peter Naake has been determined to meet the requirements of KRS 8
342.230; 9
NOW, THEREFORE, 10
Be it resolved by the Senate of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of 11
Kentucky: 12
Section 1. The Senate hereby confirms the reappointment of Peter Naake as an 13
administrative law judge in the Department of Workers' Claims. 14
Section 2. The Clerk of the Senate shall forward a copy of this Resolution and 15
notification of its adoption to Peter Naake of Louisville, Jefferson County, Kentucky, and 16
to Governor Andy Beshear, State Capitol, Room 100, Frankfort, Kentucky 40601. 17
