Regular Session, 2010 HOUSE BILL NO. 1043 BY REPRESENTATIVE HENRY MTR VEHICLE/TOWING: Prohibits towing and storage companies from charging gate fees AN ACT1 To enact R.S. 32:1734(E), relative to gate fees; to prohibit towing or storage companies2 from charging gate fees when operating outside of normal business hours; and to3 provide for related matters.4 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:5 Section 1. R.S. 32:17.4(E) is hereby enacted to read as follows: 6 ยง1734. Gate fees; other fees; excessive charges; prohibitions; cause of action7 * * *8 E.
