Regular Session, 2010 HOUSE BILL NO. 1056 BY REPRESENTATIVE AUSTIN BADON STUDENT/TUITION: Provides that certain out-of-state students shall pay in-state tuition AN ACT1 To enact R.S. 17:3351(E), relative to the powers, duties, and responsibilities of public2 postsecondary education management boards; to require such boards to adopt3 policies to establish certain tuition and fee amounts applicable to certain nonresident4 students; and to provide for related matters.5 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:6 Section 1. R.S. 17:3351(E) is hereby enacted to read as follows: 7 ยง3351. General powers, duties, and functions of college and university boards8 * * *9 E.
