HOUSE BILL NO. 1321

PROPERTY/RIGHTS:  Provides for the right to utilize propane gas as an energy source
AN ACT1
To enact R.S. 9:1105, relative to storage tanks; to provide for certain rights and prohibitions2
relative to the placement of certain storage tanks; and to provide for related matters.3
Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:4
Section 1. R.S. 9:1105 is hereby enacted to read as follows:5
ยง1105. Propane storage tank; right of use6
No person or entity shall unreasonably restrict the right of a property owner7
to place, install, or use propane storage tanks on his property.8
