APPROPRIATIONS/JUDGMENT: Appropriates funds for payment of judgment in the suit
entitled "Kimari Lill and George Lill v. DOTD"
AN ACT1
To appropriate funds out of the General Fund of the state of Louisiana for Fiscal Year 2010-2
2011 to be used to pay the consent judgment in the suit entitled "Kimari Lill and3
George Lill v. Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development"; and to4
provide for related matters.5
Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:6
Section 1. The sum of Six Thousand and No/100 ($6,000.00) Dollars is hereby7
appropriated out of the General Fund of the state of Louisiana for Fiscal Year 2010-2011 to8
be used to pay the consent judgment in the suit entitled "Kimari Lill and George Lill v.9
Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development", bearing Number 544,278,10
Section "23", on the docket of the Nineteenth Judicial District Court, parish of East Baton11
Rouge, state of Louisiana.12
Section 2. This Act shall become effective on July 1, 2010; if vetoed by the governor13
and subsequently approved by the legislature, this Act shall become effective on July 1,14
