(6)Any public event requiring street closure which occurs on a public street, sidewalk, alley, or other street right-of-way, and which is likely to obstruct, delay, or interfere with the normal flow of pedestrian or vehicular traffic. Present law established the La. State Board of Private Security Examiners which consists of nine members appointed by the governor. One member shall be appointed from and shall reside in each of the five public service commission districts established by law. Four members shall be appointed from the state at large. One of the members appointed at large shall be a representative of a nationally operated security company.
