HEALTH CARE: Extends the termination date of the La. Commission on HIV, AIDS, and
Hepatitis C
AN ACT1
To amend and reenact R.S. 40:2018.1(G), relative to the Louisiana Commission on HIV,2
AIDS, and Hepatitis C; to provide for a termination date; and to provide for related3
matters.4
Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:5
Section 1. R.S. 40:2018.1(G) is hereby amended and reenacted to read as follows:6
ยง2018.1. Louisiana Commission on HIV, AIDS, and Hepatitis C7

G. The commission shall terminate on September 1, 2010 2014.9

Present law provides for the La. Commission on HIV, AIDS, and Hepatitis C and its
termination date of Sept. 1, 2010.
Proposed law retains present law but changes the termination date from Sept. 1, 2010, to
Sept. 1, 2014.
