Barrett and Brenda Barrett v. State of La., DOTD" AN ACT1 To appropriate funds out of the General Fund of the state of Louisiana for Fiscal Year 2010-2 2011 to be used to pay the consent judgment in the suit entitled "Benjamin A. Barrett3 and Brenda Barrett v. State of Louisiana, Department of Transportation and4 Development"; and to provide for related matters.5 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:6 Section 1. The sum of Fifteen Thousand and No/100 ($15,000.00) Dollars is hereby7 appropriated out of the General Fund of the state of Louisiana for Fiscal Year 2010-2011 to8 be used to pay the consent judgment in the suit entitled "Benjamin A. Barrett and Brenda9 Barrett v. State of Louisiana, Department of Transportation and Development", bearing10 Number 68,639 on the docket of the Twenty-Sixth Judicial District Court, parish of Webster,11 state of Louisiana.12 Section 2.
