Gisclair	HB No. 281
Abstract: Requires the vessel owner's name and vessel license number to be included on
the commercial receipt form (trip ticket).
Present law requires each commercial fisherman to provide to the wholesale/retail dealer
certain information when selling fish. Such information is to be placed on the commercial
receipt form (trip ticket) and includes the name and license number of the fisherman, gear
used, vessel used, and location where the fish were caught.
Proposed law would further require the vessel owner's name and vessel license number.
