State of La., DOTD" AN ACT1 To appropriate funds out of the General Fund of the state of Louisiana for Fiscal Year 2010-2 2011 to be used to pay the amended consent judgment in the suit entitled "Ronald L.3 Riffe and Patricia E. Riffe v. State of Louisiana, through the Department of4 Transportation and Development, Tensas Parish Sheriff's Office and Robin Vinson";5 and to provide for related matters.6 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:7 Section 1. The sum of Two Million and No/100 ($2,000,000.00) Dollars is hereby8 appropriated out of the General Fund of the state of Louisiana for Fiscal Year 2010-2011 to9 be used to pay the amended consent judgment in favor of Ronald L. Riffe and Patricia E.10 Riffe, in the suit entitled "Ronald L. Riffe and Patricia E. Riffe v. State of Louisiana, through11 the Department of Transportation and Development, Tensas Parish Sheriff's Office and12 Robin Vinson", bearing Number 22,172 on the docket of the Sixth Judicial District Court,13 parish of Tensas, state of Louisiana.14 Section 2.
