To designate Leo Kerner/Lafitte Parkway on Louisiana Highway 3134 in Jefferson Parish2
from the intersection with Barataria Boulevard in Marrero to the Jean Lafitte Tourist3
Information Center as a Blue Star Memorial Highway.4
Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:5
Section 1. The Department of Transportation and Development is hereby authorized6
to place a Blue Star Memorial Highway monument along this route to honor all veterans7
who have served, are serving, or will serve in the armed forces of the United States. 8
