AN ACT1
To designate Leo Kerner/Lafitte Parkway on Louisiana Highway 3134 in Jefferson Parish2
from the intersection with Barataria Boulevard in Marrero to the Jean Lafitte Tourist3
Information Center as a Blue Star Memorial Highway.4
Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:5
Section 1. The Department of Transportation and Development shall designate the6
Leo Kerner/Lafitte Parkway on Louisiana Highway 3134 in Jefferson Parish from its7
intersection with Barataria Boulevard in Marrero to the Jean Lafitte Tourist Information8
Center as a Blue Star Memorial Highway.9
Section 2. The Department of Transportation and Development is hereby authorized10
to place a Blue Star Memorial Highway monument along this route as designated in Section11
1 of this Act, to honor all veterans who have served, are serving, or will serve in the armed12
forces of the United States.13
