Present law provides for the crime of human trafficking and provides that it shall be unlawful for a person to intentionally recruit, harbor, transport, provide, solicit, or obtain another person through fraud, force, or coercion to provide services or labor. Proposed law changes "intentionally" to "knowingly" and otherwise retains present law. (Amends R.S. 14:46.2(A))
