Regular Session, 2010 HOUSE BILL NO. 844 BY REPRESENTATIVE GISCLAIR COASTAL RES/COASTAL ZONE: Provides for standards and specifications new pipelines laid in the coastal zone AN ACT1 To amend and reenact R.S. 49:214.3.1(B)(2)(d), relative to coastal use permits; to provide2 for the functions and responsibilities of the executive assistant to the governor for3 coastal activities; to provide for the authority to review and modify coastal use4 permits; and to provide for related matters.5 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:6 Section 1. R.S. 49:214.3.1(B)(2)(d) is hereby amended and reenacted to read as7 follows:8 ยง214.3.1.
