GAUTREAUX AN ACT1 To amend and reenact R.S. 56:23, relative to penalties for wildlife and fishery violations; to2 provide for penalties for violations of certain wildlife and fishery provisions; and to3 provide for related matters.4 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:5 Section 1. R.S. 56:23 is hereby amended and reenacted to read as follows:6 ยง23.
