AN ACT1
To enact R.S. 39:51.1(H), relative to exemptions to the nongovernmental entity funding2
request form; and to provide for related matters.3
Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:4
Section 1. R.S. 39:51.1(H) is hereby enacted to read as follows: 5

entity funding request form; exemptions7

H. Voluntary councils on aging, public community water systems, and9
volunteer fire departments are exempt from the requirements of this Section.10
