ADMINISTRATION DIVISION: Directs the disaster recovery unit of the office of
community development in the division of administration to provide funding for
certain projects in Terrebonne Parish in FY 2010-2011
A CONCURRENT RESOLUTI ON1
To direct the disaster recovery unit of the office of community development in the division2
of administration to allocate funding from their Fiscal Year 2010-2011 appropriation3
to the Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government for certain projects in4
Terrebonne Parish.5
WHEREAS, certain projects in Terrebonne Parish need funding for Fiscal Year6
2010-2011 in the following amounts:7
(1) Boudreaux Canal for an access road elevation-$50,000.8
(2) Elevation of the pump state access road to D-19 in Lower Dularge-$200,000.9
(3) Sheet Pile Oleander pump station-$200,000.10
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Legislature of Louisiana does hereby11
direct the disaster recovery unit of the office of community development in the division of12
administration to allocate funding from their Fiscal Year 2010-2011 appropriation to the13
Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government for certain projects in Terrebonne Parish.14
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a suitable copy of this Resolution be transmitted15
