AN ACT1
To repeal Chapter 8 of Title 29 of the Louisiana Revised Statues of 1950, comprised of R.S.2
29:751, relative to homeland security and emergency preparedness; to repeal the3
Southern Regional Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness Management4
Assistance Compact; and to provide for related matters.5
Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:6
Section 1. Chapter 8 of Title 29 of the Louisiana Revised Statues of 1950, comprised7
of R.S. 29:751, is hereby repealed. 8
