AN ACT1
To repeal R.S. 39:112(C)(1)(c), relative to approval of certain capital outlay budget requests2
by the Joint Legislative Committee on Capital Outlay; and to provide for related3
matters.4
Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:5
Section 1. R.S. 39:112(C)(1)(c) is hereby repealed. 6

Proposed law deletes provision authorizing the Joint Legislative Committee on Capital
Outlay to give approval on or before February 1 to capital outlay budget requests of non-
state entities with a total project cost of less than one million dollars submitted after the
November 1st deadline.
Effective August 15, 2010.
