AN ACT1
To repeal R.S. 17:16, 412, 418, and 426, relative to public school teachers; to repeal2
outdated provisions relative to the employment of retired teachers, the issuance of3
life certificates, the collection and report of statistics regarding aged and4
incapacitated teachers, and compulsory retirement of certain teachers; and to provide5
for related matters.6
Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:7
Section 1. R.S. 17:16, 412, 418, and 426 are hereby repealed.8
