Regular Session, 2010 ENROLLED SENATE BILL NO. 46 BY SENATOR APPEL AN ACT1 To amend and reenact Code of Civil Procedure Article 4907(B), relative to procedure in2 parish and city courts; to provide relative to the delay for applying for a new trial;3 and to provide for related matters.4 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:5 Section 1. Code of Civil Procedure Article 4907(B) is hereby amended and6 reenacted to read as follows: 7 Art. 4907. New trials; delay in parish or city courts 8 * * *9 B. The delay for applying for a new trial shall be three seven days, exclusive10 of legal holidays.
