(gov sig) AN ACT1 To enact R.S. 17:183.3(B)(3), relative to high school career options; to provide relative to2 certain examinations administered to students pursuing a career major curriculum3 and a career diploma; to require that construction of end-of-course examination4 questions reflect course content and method of instruction; and to provide for related5 matters.6 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:7 Section 1. R.S. 17:183.3(B)(3) is hereby enacted to read as follows: 8 ยง183.3. This Act shall become effective upon signature by the governor or, if not2 signed by the governor, upon expiration of the time for bills to become law without signature3 by the governor, as provided by Article III, Section 18 of the Constitution of Louisiana.
