Regular Session, 2010 ENROLLED SENATE BILL NO. 515 BY SENATOR KOSTELKA AN ACT1 To amend and reenact R.S. 44:4.1(B)(10) and (25), relative to public records; to provide2 relative to exceptions to public records law for certain records; and to provide for3 related matters.4 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:5 Section 1. R.S. 44:4.1(B)(10) and (25) are hereby amended and reenacted to read as6 follows: 7 ยง4.1. Exceptions8 * * *9 B. The legislature further recognizes that there exist exceptions, exemptions,10 and limitations to the laws pertaining to public records throughout the revised11 statutes and codes of this state.
