(8/15/10) AN ACT1 To amend and reenact R.S. 29:725.6(B)(6)(a),(b) and (c), relative to homeland security and2 emergency preparedness; to provide for annual reports from the Unified Command3 Group's three permanent subcommittees to the UCG and the governor; and to4 provide for related matters.5 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:6 Section 1. R.S. 29:725.6(B)(6)(a), (b) and (c) are hereby amended and reenacted to7 read as follows: 8 ยง725.6. Proposed law requires the three permanent subcommittees of the UCG to submit an annual report to the governor and the UCG instead of a semi-annual report. Effective August 15, 2010.
