(gov sig) AN ACT1 To enact R.S. 33:4076.1, relative to the Sewage and Water Board of New Orleans; to2 prohibit unauthorized firearms or other explosive devices on board property; to3 provide for an effective date; and to provide for related matters.4 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:5 Section 1. R.S. 33:4076.1 is hereby enacted to read as follows: 6 ยง4076.1. Firearms or explosive devices prohibited7 Firearms or other explosive devices are prohibited, unless specifically8 authorized, in any structure, building, property, or vehicle belonging to or9 designated for the benefit of use by the board.10 Section 2. This Act shall become effective upon signature by the governor or, if not11 signed by the governor, upon expiration of the time for bills to become law without signature12 by the governor, as provided by Article III, Section 18 of the Constitution of Louisiana.
