AN ACT1
To amend and reenact R.S. 56:1681(A)(2)(d), relative to the State Parks and Recreation2
Commission; to provide for the membership of the commission; and to provide for3
related matters.4
Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:5
Section 1. R.S. 56:1681(A)(2)(d) is hereby amended and reenacted to read as6
follows: 7
ยง1681. Creation; purpose and duties; members; appointments and terms;8
compensation; chairman; meetings9
