(8/15/10) AN ACT1 To enact R.S. 46:2742(D), relative to the nursing home reimbursement methodology; to2 provide for certain monies collected by the Department of Health and Hospitals to3 be deposited into the Medicaid Trust Fund for the Elderly; and to provide for related4 matters.5 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:6 Section 1. R.S. 46:2742(D) is hereby enacted to read as follows: 7 ยง2742. Case mix reimbursement8 * * *9 D.
