Authorizes the inclusion of all or any portions of Ascension or Iberville parishes in the inland boundary of the coastal zone. AN ACT1 To amend and reenact R.S. 49:214.24(C), relative to the coastal zone boundary; to authorize2 the inclusion of all or any portions of the parishes of Ascension or Iberville into the3 coastal zone; and to provide for related matters.4 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:5 Section 1. R.S. 49:214.24(C) is hereby amended and reenacted to read as follows:6 ยง214.24. Coastal zone boundary7 * * *8 C.
