INSURERS. Repeals the requirement of filing policies and applications by foreign and alien

AN ACT1
To repeal R.S. 22:332(A)(5), relative to foreign and alien insurers; to repeal the requirement2
of filing of policies and applications when applying for a certificate of authority; and3
to provide for related matters.4
Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:5
Section 1.  R.S. 22:332(A)(5) is hereby repealed in its entirety.6
