(8/15/10) AN ACT1 To enact R.S. 47:1908(F), relative to certain Washington Parish elected officials; to provide2 an automobile expense allowance for the assessor; and to provide for related matters.3 Notice of intention to introduce this Act has been published.4 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:5 Section 1. R.S. 47:1908(F) is hereby enacted to read as follows: 6 ยง1908. Expenses7 * * *8 F. In Washington Parish, the assessor may receive an automobile9 expense allowance equal to fifteen percent of his annual salary provided the10 assessor maintains three hundred thousand dollars of automobile insurance per11 accident for bodily injury and one hundred thousand dollars of automobile12 insurance per accident for property damage.
