(8/15/10) AN ACT1 To enact R.S. 4:145.2, relative to Louisiana State Racing Commission; to provide for2 judicial review of adjudication; to provide for venue; and to provide for related3 matters.4 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:5 Section 1. R.S. 4:145.2 is hereby enacted to read as follows: 6 ยง 145.2. Exclusive venue for judicial review of adjudication7 Notwithstanding the provisions of R.S. 49:964(B), proceedings for8 judicial review of a final decision or order by the commission may be instituted9 by filing a petition in the district court in the parishes of Bossier, Calcasieu,10 Orleans or St. Landry within thirty days after mailing notice of the final11 decision by the commission or, if a rehearing is requested, within thirty days12 after the decision thereon.
