(8/15/10) AN ACT1 To amend and reenact R.S. 17:1963(C), relative to the Louisiana School of Math, Science,2 and the Arts; to remove statutory placement of the school within the Department of3 Education; and to provide for related matters.4 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:5 Section 1. R.S. 17:1963(C) is hereby amended and reenacted to read as follows: 6 ยง1963. Louisiana School of Math, Science, and the Arts; creation; location;7 governance; relationship with educational boards and state8 superintendent9 * * *10 C.
