First Extraordinary Session, 2011 HOUSE BILL NO. 10 BY REPRESENTATIVE BARROW CENSUS: Provides relative to provisions in Title 25 which are limited in applicability to political subdivisions or local areas meeting specified population characteristics (Item #8) AN ACT1 To amend and reenact R.S. 25:752 and 1253(A)(1)(r), relative to provisions of Title 252 (Libraries, Museums, and other Scientific and Cultural Facilities) of the Louisiana3 Revised Statutes of 1950 which are limited in applicability to certain political4 subdivisions or local areas based upon population classifications; to specify5 applicability to one or more political subdivisions or local areas; and to provide for6 related matters.7 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:8 Section 1. R.S. 25:752 and 1253(A)(1)(r) are hereby amended and reenacted to read9 as follows:10 §752.
